I looked at the Microsoft Help link as well simply I obviously didn't exercise all the steps because I exercise have access to internet and all those steps were trying to bank check if I had internet access. But I did try doing 'ping world wide web.google.com' in Command Prompt and as expected I got 22ms ping on boilerplate while the laptop was plugged-in and I got 8ms average ping when laptop was using battery.

I would beloved to get more help as the outcome stays reamind.

Hullo Rezaavoor,
how do you lot connect, via LAN or wirelessly? is the problem the same in both cases? Attempt to physically disconnect the battery from the laptop and stay powered with the PC at the ability source, then cheque if it is working properly and if the ping is better.

I connect wirelessly but surprisingly it worked fine when I used ethernet cable. I take a 2m ethernet cablevision so I had to motion my laptop to the router to endeavor it. Can the issue be hardware related? I think it'due south just some software issue with wifi driver or with the windows or something like that but now I know that using ethernet cable is one solution(probably the concluding i considering so I take to buy a 20m ethernet cable!)

I installed both of the ii drivers separately and checked the ping for each but unfortunately neither of them helped with the issue.

Howdy Rezaavoor,
if it works well with the network cable, the problem but concerns the wireless connectedness. Probably the pc is very far from the router and the wi-fi radio signal is very attenuated. Endeavor moving the router slightly or repositioning the antennas. Are the router and the PC located on the same level as the house? Take you already tried repeating the wi-fi examination with the PC located near the router? Does the state of affairs meliorate? Practise you use the two.4 GHz or 5 Ghz wi-fi ring? The v GHz band is faster merely has less radio coverage than the 2.4 GHz band. Access the wireless settings of the router and try to change the wi-fi radio channel, if you utilise the ii.iv GHz band, try channels 1.6 or eleven.

I would recommend that you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade. This is not a Reset or Reinstall of Windows. Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings. Hence, you will non lose whatever data /plan/app while backup is a good thought. Below is a good guide to perform repair upgrade
